Parallel side-transfer rejection
Horizontal cartons after Station 12: GOOD flow, single NG transfer, alternating cartons, continuous rejects and the position-fault interlock. See the complete process film for both QR identity methods.

AETEC independent concept. 240 mm lateral stroke, 160 mm reject belt and horizontal carton footprint 75 × 130 mm, 75 mm high. Motion is slowed for explanation. GOOD budget 0.54 s; NG budget 1.20 s; dense NG reduces upstream release rate. Dimensions, carton stability and actual cycle times require validation.

Inspection, loading, closing and carton identity
Two independent travel-unit lines serve Stations 10, 11 and 12 in series. Station 11 loads eight bottles into open cartons; Station 12 picks, closes and transfers the cartons sideways onto its adjacent parallel belt conveyor. Both empty module lines turn downward and return underneath. Compare both carton identity methods and reject mechanisms.

Conceptual robots, transport paths and downstream equipment. Motion is slowed and separate examples are used to explain the concept. The 100 bottles/min target and complete machine interfaces require detailed design and validation.
